@Yuuki mhm. since Gianax is no more a lot of the staff went on to Trigger, with Kill La Kill being their first, and this season's anime is a bit tamer, but still bonkers

Disney doesn't seem like they'd go that route... I feel they're more likely to purchase Amtrak and Delta and put the hubs minutes from Disneyland/world
@Frank I guess I'm just trying to say that if the answer is primarily promoting the video, that's different than if the video is primarily answering the question
I have just downloaded Wondershare MobileGo for Android (Official key) from here: http://www.tiploot.com/wondershare-mobilego-for-android-free-full-version-serial-key/
Is it safe to use ?
I'm going to use it but need help you.
Thank you.
What are some of the best things to do for your clan in order for them to be active? There is no way to monitor day-to-day activity, and some of my members are inactive despite us begging them to attack in wars or donate. Is there any good way to get members to be active?
@murgatroid99 Making videos to answer questions is awesome. So long as there's something in there that goes, "Hey, I made this video to show you how to do this." And there's a summary of what's there, in case the video ever gets removed. If it looks like people are answering questions to promote their videos, though, and that's showing up from one of their first posts, it's starting to get a little iffy.
@Unionhawk Because it colors how people look at their contributions.
@murgatroid99 That's what I've currently done.
But we've got three answers from him. Two have links to his videos. He's responding to summarizing the video content, but so far, nothing about the fact that they're his videos.
Flag it for moderator attention then, @Frank. You commented asking him to edit it in. If he doesn't do that, then I think it falls to the mods to deal with.
Thanks to everyone who participated in this dicussion, particularly Ira.
Based on what we've decided in this question, I have updated the /faq on all sites to make it policy:
May I promote products I am affiliated with here?

Frankly, I find it worse when the answer is something like "I made this video on my amazing Minecraft channel that has let's plays every Thursday" as opposed to "Here is a helpful tutorial video"
I don't think regular users should be getting into extended discussion about users not following rules. You told him the rule, if he doesn't respond or make the edit, then it's something mods should deal with, not a regular user.
Hello, welcome to Arqade. As a rule, we require that you disclose when you reference outside resources that you are affiliated with. In this case, it just means that you have to say in your answer that you made the video you linked to. — murgatroid9911 secs ago
If you have to click through a link to find out the user made it, that's sorta sketchy in my book. It feels like they're contributing for the wrong reasons.
This is discussed at some considerable length in this article from howstuffworks. In short, his swiping is to be viewed less as a character flaw and more of a character trait:
Show Co-Creator Valerie Walsh gives us some further insight:
Swiper is a one-dimensional character. You don’t know w...
@Koviko Nah. SFF has always been an excellent source of answers. The problems The Bridge has with SFF has to do with their question scope, not the quality of their answers.
@Yuuki I just, think that the bar for "spammy self promotion" should be more geared towards "is user helpful y/n", especially in the context of youtube videos and not "I made this thing". Why is the user making the thing relevant?
My idea of "legitimate" is colored by my time spent on Arqade where we make lots of guesses and assumptions about lore and mechanics, but an official developer response is the only "legitimate" answer.
Like, if it's a link only like "Click on my video to learn!" yes that's spammy self promotion and furthermore a link-only, but if the user posts an answer and supplements it with a video why does it matter if they made the video or not, mention or no mention
@Unionhawk Because, at this point in time, it is a network-wide policy. If you want that to change, you should bring it up on either our meta or Meta.SE.
On one hand, I think that the relevant content of the video should be expressed in the post just like linking to a website, you should quote the relevant material in case the website ever goes down or is changed.
Would seem that when my computer was crashing this morning and I tried to save my file which all said it was ok... Dropbox is reporting it at a size of 0 :(
On the other hand, I think if it's easier to just answer with a video rather than typing it out, you should be welcome to do so and the upvotes/downvotes will speak from there
> I have… seen things you people wouldn't believe… Attack stars on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched pins glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those… moments… will be lost to modabuse, like [small cough] tears… in… rain. Time… to die…
@Unionhawk Well, if you want to disagree, I have no issue arguing it out with you. But you're going with is, "No. I disagree." without actually arguing.
@Batophobia Dunno I think something made my computer unstable this morning (ithas some CRT Dialog box up) but I was in a hurry to work so I saved it real quick .. but with the file being empty I am concerned :/
@Arperum I haven't tested it much, but I think the gold is based on the highest zone you have available. The reason I say this is because if I ascend, my highest zone is 101, because of Iris and if I click on candy in level 1, I get enough gold to buy 100 King Midas and even few above him
You can place redstone dust on glowstone and upside-down slabs. This is important because they are also transparent blocks, so the redstone current won't be blocked. You can set up your glowstone or top slabs in an alternating pattern, with redstone on top, and then run the current from there.
