Q: Sniper scope sway, what's the variable controlling this in the game files?

In BL2 I was able to significantly reduce the amount of sway while aiming down sight by editing a variable somewhere (probably a simple ini tweak). I no longer remember how I did it; I've been searching to no avail. Anyone know? I don't think it's weapon bob because my weapon bob values are unal...

that seems like a tradeoff to make the encoding faster

but encoding is always lightning fast for me

Uploading is what's slow -- thankfully, because I keep hitting Shift-Prtscr when I mean Ctrl-Prtscr and that gives me time to cancel the upload

Yeah, I just critted them twice in the head with my sniper rifle and they died, which worked fine except when I had to reload between shots.

I've got a Dahl cryo railgun, so if I aim about chest height, it burst fires usually to headshot for 2 shots and is reliable enough to freeze

Q: Location of the key to the chest in the secret area outside the halls of the dead

In the halls of the dead, you can open a secret area and end up on a beach. There is a chest there but it is locked. Is the key in that area, or somewhere later? Because I beat the first boss and I still can't find it anywhere in the area. I dug up the entire beach and found nothing.
