Really, all you need to post for a complete answer is: "The final slot will be filled during the story." Tells the user that the slot is filled, but that they shouldn't waste time looking for the item (which is why they'd be asking), but doesn't tell them what that item is or exactly how to get it.

but adding in the extra info doesn't really need spoiler markdown, just make sure you put it at the end.

Some people like getting everything in a game, or at least like to get 100% in certain things (like getting all the items). Having that empty slot open is going to have those people asking "Did I miss something? Where can I find it!". Finding out whether or not it is actually a missing item can save them a lot of wasted time, or make them stop wasting time if they've been running around the world
