@AshleyNunn Yeah, my dad's a hunter so my sister and I always helped him skin and debone the meat since we were kids. I still enjoy doing it. He's not a sport hunter at all either, he won't kill doe that are too small or have babies, he won't kill bucks that are too young, etc.

@AshleyNunn Yeah, for us, it was meat for the winter. We had one chest freezer, one standing freezer and 2 fridges, so we could store a lot, which is handy for upstate winters when things occasionally go to hell with snowstorms and you can't get out anywhere.
