Any old pins will automatically fall after 14 days

ez, just copy all the links of the currently pinned messages into a notepad doc

Any fairly unimportant pins should probably be undone after about 24 hours

That requires effort :(

i dont see any questions showing a limit for number of pins for chat, so i will assume that it can hold an infinite amount
