It's a widely known current issue, and Valve has been attempting to fix it. (Alas, to no avail so far.) There's a notice by Valve themselves on Reddit here, which includes some pointers on helping them pinpoint the issue.

@Dragonrage With some choice edits, that would probably be okay on Game Development. The edit would be very choice, though, the "without mods or plugins" would have become "in a mod."

I try to play on my friends world through xbox o minecraft windows 10 edition 15.0 and I get stuck on locating server, then it says cant connect. But my friends can join me. How does Doomcaller interact with a polymorphed/hexed/entombed C'thun? Since technically a sheep or a frog dies, is it possible to place the lost C'thun back into the deck, or does Doomcaller do nothing? Also, if it is in your opponent's deck due to a card like entomb, would it bring it back in...
