@StrixVaria I think the 20k tools scratch that itch of "what can I do to help" that the mod elections brought up.
@StrixVaria You must wait for a question to be closed for 2 days before you can vote for deletion. This restriction is removed for trusted users when a post scores -3 or lower. If you feel a post should be deleted despite having lots of votes or for being new, please flag it for community moderator attention.

I was travelling a corner of Novigrad seeking a new location on the map, where I reached a weird tree, and any time I got close to it I simply dropped dead. From full health of 6000+ vitality to 0 instantly.

The issue of the gay blood donation ban is kinda fuct. From my understanding it's done mainly because it's not feasible to test all the blood samples for HIV (which is fuct in and of itself) so they just ban the most at-risk groups
@twobugs i believe they test the samples in bulk, so they combine a bunch of blood into a larger batch, then test the batch, and discard the whole batch if it has HIV
@twobugs The main problem is that they get so many donations that it takes longer to check all the samples for diseases than it takes for the blood to be needed
I can still understand the ban somewhat if the chosen acceptable risk is significantly lower than the false negative rate of the blood test, but I doubt that's actually the case.
If the last event taught me anything, it's that your entire fleet needs to be strong. not just the 6 or so favorites in your main fleet.
So, to kind of prepare for the next event I want to get as many shipgirls as I can up to their kai or kai ni versions. What's the best way to go about this?

I actually think that making a final edit and then locking the post is a reasonable action. It leaves the question in an improved state and prevents further edit wars at the same time.
