I believe to be eligible to be a VP on a ticket, you have to confirm to all of the requirements of the President.

That looks like a standard intersection like used all over Germany. There are certainly no lights there

they change how fast it cycles based on how many cars they want to let on the freeway

so its slower during high traffic times
