This is possible because the region of a citie is ignored for no reason. (It also has no requirement to actually exist)

@Rapitor I don't use Origin because EA is the embodiment of evil (and it had spyware at first; although I hear that's not true anymore). UPlay is annoying because it's a DRM platform on top of a DRM platform. There is no advantage for anyone. I don't see how Ubisoft benefits from it at all.

Q: Is the hammertoss faster than any other movement skills?

It seems to me that a hammertoss, when maximally charged, can cover a very long distance with an incredibly amazing speed (although its damage is quite limited). So I'm wondering whether the hammertoss can be taken as an even better alternative to the gliding?
