Recent Questions - Arqade: Vacuum hoppers don't transfer items to chests

The title says it all. Vacuum hoppers suck up items but don't put them into chests. Item ducts don't work, different kinds of chests don't work, ME cables don't work, and changing the orientation of the chest and hopper doesn't do anything. How do I fix this? Additional useless information: Right clicking the hopper with different items/tools doesn't change anythin…
