What maps are affected by difficulty and how are they affected?

@ColeBusby The real question is not whether it's availiable in the states, but whether it's availiable in your state; craft beer distribution is super regional, and in a lot of cases, kind of quirky. If it's in your state, then yeah, it's the sort of thing a BevMo or a Total Wine would carry, but whether it's in your state is another entirely separate question.
That said, Southern Tier is as far west as Washington, but they aren't in California, so it's going to be patchy too.
Also, Creme Brulee stout is starting to get out of season now, so might be a bit harder to find. But Pumking (which is in season) is also absurdly fucking delicious. It is pie in a bottle.
@FEichinger Eh, it could depend. Sleepiness is a measure of turns, not time, so if I could pass time faster than I go by turns then I could significantly reduce the required coffee intake.
Though I could rely on more coffee and simply rely on the coffee to stave off starvation as well, so it may be better to stick with more coffee.
