What you're saying is correct by the site policies, I'm sure, but it's confusing to new users when you have 2 exact same questions with exact same answers, but one is tagged "counter-strike-cz" and the other is "counter-strike-source", and then we go around marking (to a non-native English speaker) seemingly different questions as dupes.
I enjoyed that game, the only thing I don't like is that it seems harder somehow, like as if the level layout was randomized a bit more ... well, screwily. Something doesn't feel fluid about it.
I doubt it's a popular opinion, but I've always felt that duplicates are for exact duplicates only. The point of closing as a duplicate was to prevent the old USENET issue of having to answer the exact same question every friggin' day.
Why don't any other SE sites let you click on the number to see how many upvotes and downvotes a post got? I want to see how many upvotes @GnomeSlice got for his suggestion.
In Pitman's help topic for 'items', it mentions that some food items won't just fill his belly, they will also heal him, but it doesn't say which ones. I'd like to prioritize picking up healing food items over standard ones due to my limited inventory capacity.
Which food items heal you, and by...

Every tank gets a special experience multiplier bonus for the first battle won on given day. I've seen this multiplier to be x2, x3, x5, but couldn't find any rule when is it which. Does it follow any rule as to which multiplier is used on given day, or is it random?
@Mana Since our refridgerator doesn't work, we actually moved a bunch of stuff into the snow outside in order to keep it cool. I bet this is what it's like to live in Canada.
@fbueckert During that snowstorm, wildlife wasn't a major concern since the main food nabbers (the local bear as well as various rodentry) aren't around when it's that cold.

Amazingly, we'd ran that lawnmower repeatedly and nary a corpse or any actual damage to the mice from it. Certainly made the machine not want to properly run for the longest time, though.
@Fluttershy Generally the first or second would be 7 days (escalating scale, depending on how benign/accidental the first instance was it could only be for 1 day instead of 7)
@StrixVaria Yes. It's just annoying because the only reason they take so long as that they're badly written, and some do things like Thread.Sleep and whatnot
@fbueckert I'd be more comfortable building something like this is we had, say, a vision impeding fence around our backyard. As I'm fairly sure it's someone near-by feeding the damn things.
@fbueckert Yes, but someone feeding squirrels is quite likely to complain to the city about our innocent little contraption that the squirrels 'just happen to' keep setting off, and then there's charges of animal cruelty.... it'd be much simpler to load up that pellet gun of yours and shoot the damn things.
@OrigamiRobot Depends on your point of view. He did the classic farm kid solution - put a snare over the hole and flood it. When the gopher appears, yank.
