Q: Brought an Explorer starter pack; do I need to stay as an explorer?

So I brought the amarr explorer starter pack on Eve online through steam due to being only $4. But I am far more interested in being a bounty hunter; So I wonder if I actually need to stay as an explorer now/am I going to find it harder if I decide the switch to a bounty hunter?

Q: simcity - no region wall?

I would like to use the Region Wall on a copy of Simcity I got from a coupon. However, I have no button in the top left corner, and pressing Enter does nothing. What's going on here?

If luck isn't random each day, what affects my character's different types of luck? Can I turn a type of luck around in a given day?

A: How can I easily select an enemy colony with a large space station in orbit?

Try clicking on the planet when the spaceport is on the other side of the planet. If that doesn't work the the planet is hiding the amount of soldiers and other important info. For me to specify more I would need to know what faction owns the planet and a screenshot.

It's fun. There's a few broken areas where you can pad the pursuits on and on, like the university, but it's all very fun.

@badp Yeah those types of challenges were in Carbon, but were mostly all extracted and put in a separate challenges section outside any story stuff.

The "black edition" (?) has got a special heat 7 pursuit that's a little harder than the rest but if you're paying for it, it's not worth it.

If you can't get your hands on Most Wanted, Undercover is not very far off. There's a cheesy plot with annoying unskippable cutscenes, but the pursuits are also fun in that title and you've got nice long motorways
