Obsessive love is a state in which one person feels an overwhelming obsessive desire to possess another person toward whom they feel a strong attraction, with an inability to accept failure or rejection. Although not categorized under any specific mental diagnosis by the DSM IV, the problem is believed by many to be a mental illness. Obsessive lovers may feel entirely unable to prevent themselves from extreme behaviors such as acts of violence toward themselves. They may be entirely convinced that their feelings are love, and may reject the idea that their severe obsession is not love....
@fredley you've already seen in the past, @fbueckert and I just don't get on, he tolerates my presence and I'm not all that bothered about his disapproval of my existence - it's not even a love/hate relationship
I mean, he thought I was actually going to phone up and cancel his phone out of spite
@BenBrocka I have a little help thing in the top right corner (right over where I would click to view my subscriptions). The choices are "Skip" and "Default"... But it won't go away.
@BenBrocka I refuse to be drawn into a debate about whether or not the 4 stripes of color on my gravatar can be taken to be literal representations of the manes of a fictional pastel colored pony
@fbueckert The main game is largely about tactics, then post game is about becoming insanely strong. Plus the skills are amazing
@YiJiang'sEvilClone Is it not a tactical RPG played on a grid with turns and such? Because that's what I've played and what every FE game appears to be including the new one, from what I can see
Again, the only difference between Advance Wars and Fire Emblem game is that the latter has a deeper character building aspect between battles. I don't think they're significantly different
