I did end up reading on it for a while last night.

Also, anyone who enjoyed XCOM: EU may wish to go back and play it again sometime soon. In the latest patch the devs finished up work on the Second Wave modifiers which were originally planned to be shipped with the game at launch, but were never finished.

The most notable of them, in my opinion, is the option for all units to have random stats.
