@badp Yes, you can fight them once every 24 hours (or set your system clock ahead). And it tracks everyone on the team, so if one of them fought the boss recently you're all SOL

Use the ship that you get for winning. It's special ability is all the damage you need (upgrading is good, but not needed) to kill the boss. Make sure you have 4 shields and a good engine.
