Q: Is there an Anarchy equivalent in Borderlands 2?

I always carried one Non-elemental gun in Borderlands 1: the Anarchy SMG because of it's insane damage, firing 4 bullets per shot at a high rate of fire, all the while with decent damage per bullet to boot. The Assassin/Zero/Zer0's "Killer" skill: Kill Skill. Killing an enemy gives you bonus Critical Hit Damage and Reload Speed for a few seconds. How does the "Killer" skill work? How long is a few seconds here? Does the effect stack or just renew?

Q: How long is "a few seconds"?

The Kill Skills in Borderlands 2, like BL1, all say they last "a few seconds" and don't give explicit lengths. Since they're not listed in the stats for the skill (as length for Kill Skills doesn't increase) there's no way to tell from the interface alone. Exactly how long do these skills last?...

Assassin or Sniper? You can lay down more damage with fast guns as a Siren if you have good elemental stuff

I found something odd during my PL1. I got an e-tech sniper rifle that does 1700dmg, takes 2 ammo. but my 1500ish jackob does more head crits for some reason..

Maybe the e-tech one doesn't get the sniper crit boost? never seen one

I just get crappy e-tech pistols, and a couple plasma casters
