How much time does the chilled debuff last on mobs after being applied in diablo 3?
I would like to know so i can plan accordingly my build on my wizard to cast a chilled/cold/frozen damage spell so the cold blooded rune 20% damage increase can apply.

I pointed it out being a technical-issues question because if it was tagged unity-web-player and the technical-issues scope issue does magically get resolved in favor of making them off-topic, the unity-web-player tag would go away anyway since the question would likely be deleted

As in the title, whats the magic number of Evolution Points needed to Fully Evolve Alex Mercer?
On the side, do you have to complete any of the challenge missions to get enough EPs to fully evolve? (Ignoring the fact that you can get EP's from killing infected and military)
I love looking at Kickstarters, and looking at the highest level rewards, and seeing like 6 out of 8 remaining, and I always wonder who has the kind of money to just be like oh yep, here's like 10 grand or whatever, no worries.
Yes there is actually a way to cancel auction early. What you need to do is have the auctions page open showing the current auctions you have posted up. Then you need to go to your system tray in the bottom right and double click the time. From here go to the calendar and set the day back roughly...

The next patch will allow you to cancel your own auctions anyway, so I'm willing to bet this is just by design (and the client code hasn't been updated to match the server yet)
