@TZHX And if you don't have internet access, you can't use your save. Friend of mine had this issue with Dirt 3. Her provider went down and she couldn't save any progress at all in the game because she couldn't access her GFWL profile.

for example, I have both the batman arkham games on Steam. both use GFWL. neither have given me any problems.

@TZHX My argument here isn't that Steam is perfect or something. I have issues with Steam too, so arguments against it are a moot point. I'm saying that GFWL is a system that has its own issues and adds an extra layer of DRM that's irritating.

Then don't buy GFWL games on Steam, if it's that much of an issue to have two DRM systems.

Also, @RavenDreamer, I had a dream about you last night. We needed to destroy part of a mountain, so you and I traveled back in time (I don't know why...). You then tried using your Shark powers to destroy the mountain but before you could the water level raised above the mountains. So you then transformed into a shark and swam around the mountain really fast until the water level started to decrease, since you speed was so great you also started to destroy the mountain.
