Q: Where should I scan?

I've only once had stuff come up when scanning a solar system, and they were both on planets. Can stuff be elsewhere or are planets the only things worth scanning? If so it means that most systems can easily be covered in only a couple of scans.

Q: What is the penalty % for damage when using the wrong weapon?

The reload on a sniper rifle takes too long (longer than my charge cooldown), so times I stick with a fast reloading SMG against a big armored target such as a brute. How much penalty am I under if I attack a barrier with a sniper rifle or an armored target with a SMG?

The way I look at is that the new requirements will never be met by the vast majority of ITG, so even if we allow them, it will be like they were banned.

my kid is going to have a pretty weird impression of many classic franchises.
