While I think paid DLC is a completely flawed concept either way, if you do it so obviously just to make more money, you can't expect me to buy any games from you.
I can imagine in a year or two we can play two very different games based on which parts of the game we decide to buy.

@ArdaXi But people aren't complaining about the value of DLC. They're saying that they should have included the DLC in the main game. That's a complaint about the process, not the content.
I... don't really see how it's all that different. The main argument is that the old 'expansion packs' were often larger, more coherent single pieces, but I think the FO:NV DLC proves that it's possible to build a coherent 'campaign' via DLC.
