Why does Steam have the authority to take over all of your bandwidth when using the internet. Everything else stops and Steam goes at 90kb/s (although I'm not sure I buy that figure).

@MBraedley Not really; in a double stage like that, it can punch just about anything into orbit.

What you don't see is that top stage there is around a triple engine block; which is cargo for my space station.

So the central section on the top stage is complete dead weight.

I'm just saying lose the decouplers and second set of mainsails. They add more weight than the empty large tank

Instead of having two nearly identical stages, just use 2 large tanks. The empty tank weighs 4 tonnes, your extra staging weighs 6.5 tonnes.

@MBraedley Yeah, but the first stage gets dropped off entirely, so there's no extra weight at all when you initiate the second stage.

Whereas doing it your way means I'm carrying extra dead weight for no reason.

The biggest issue for me is that I can't apply, basically inertial dampeners. I can't make it point in a fixed direction without turning slightly in any direction.

It sucks.

Also, it let me 'abort' space debris from the tracking station before, and now I can't.
