Re-making OOT was a good idea, since people have been wanting on for years, and it's been long enough since the original to justify it.

However you need to balance that out with, you know... new games too

@GnomeSlice This was the problem though. The Banjo & Kazooie name was obviously just slapped on for sales. So it was also just a slap in the face, not to mention an insult, to fans.

I didn't like that game. I tried, but I do not like Racing or Lego games, and this was a combination of both.

@Wipqozn Yes, I agree, but even as such, I don't think the game would have been quite as appealing with a different theme.

It does have issues though.

The levels are far, far too small.

Once you get all of the parts, your vehicles will cross most of them in ~10 seconds.

And most the the stages are just too hard to get around easily with any vehicle of any kind of speed.

You can't create a new save file without deleting your old one either.

As far as I'm concerned, there are only two Banjo-Kazooie games.

I must say though, I did quite enjoy the character direction for Klungo in the new one.

@RavenDreamer Hmm, Diablo and World of Warcraft are definitely very similar. But I have a hard time drawing the line to Warcraft itself. Even with heroes, they were a relatively minor part of the game.

If someone throws a throwing weapon at you, and it sticks to you, when you grab it, it disappears, and so do you.

@Wipqozn get a toaster with a timer, I hear they make better toast; much more consistent

@DaveMcClelland at my former employer, their 1-month password change policy also included some similarity checking so you couldn't just do 'password1', 'password2', etc., but I ended up figuring out you could do '1password', '22password', '333password'

my old school had something where you couldn't reuse your last 3 passwords, but you could change it immediately, so I'd quick cycle through 3 other passwords then go back to what it was

Said employer was something like 1) couldn't use any of the last 5 passwords, 2) couldn't be too similar, 3) had to have letter, number, symbol, 4) had to be a minimum of 2 days old (to prevent the above)
