Lets see... I think SourceMod finds its map lists using addons/sourcemod/configs/maplists.cfg

I tend to either create a new file somewhere and put all the maps in it (one per line without the bz2 extension) and set that for the nominations file.

Mapchooser Extended uses the mapchooser config section to pull up random maps for its vote.
