@ArdaXi I don't like duels in TF2, simply because people seem to cheese when doing them... usually by switching to Medic or something (which gets them assists versus the other player if the person they're healing kills them)
That reminds me, why do I not have the Towering Pillar of Hats on any of my classes? That's one I was looking for for a long time and got it as one of the two hats I mentioned above.
Oh right, I forgot to mention... while this hasn't been verified, I believe that getting hats from crates (meaning you also bought keys from the Mann Co. store or traded for keys) affects the hat drop rate.

I read on some forum that elemental weapons ignore armor, but I didn't find any mention of that in the game manual. It didn't look that way to me, but then again the mobs I was fighting could have had elemental resists. Is there a way to determine if that's true?
For instance, I'll get 6-8 items this week. If I didn't play this week, I'd get 12-16 items next week. If I didn't play for two weeks, the week after that I'd get... 12-16 items.
6-8 being the average range of drops... it could be more or less than that range, I suppose.
I still wonder if I get two hats during the double drop rate week was simply because my hat drop timer kept resetting from opening crates (I'm a dirty crate whore!)
@ArdaXi Well, all Ghastly Gibuses got upgraded to Ghastlier at the start of the Halloween event. You could get one Ghastly Gibus if you found a secret link in the first Halloween update page during a specific time, and another through the achievement.
Playing co-op I saw a wicked area of effect spell where large glass-like green shards shot up through the ground in a circle around the mage. I forgot to ask the guy how he did it. Obviously I shift-right click to get the area of effect, but what elements could be involved? Life could account for...
Now, you see the circling peace symbol above my head and green confetti falling behind me (unless I'm taunting, then it looks like I'm vomiting confetti)
Wow, you're a completely different level of player. Us peasants are still worrying about getting weapons, and you just care about the type of unusual hat you have.
But no, the unusual hats I actually got by trading away my Sam and Max promo items, as well as the Earbuds promo item, MNC promo items, L4D2 preorder promo item, and some other hats to get a second set of earbuds which are ALSO used as currency on trades.
Earbuds are third most valuable trading commodity, Max's Head is the second, Unusual Hat of Wealth and Respect is the first.
UHOWAR required you to spend ungodly amounts of real money on games during Steam's Treasure Hunt sale... you had to buy every game they had on sale during it.
I really want to know what a good spy knife is. The normal knife gives you all your health, disguise kit, and backstabby goodness and all, but YEH (Your Eternal Reward) is perfect for blending in. And I haven't found a use for the Conniver's Kunai, but I will include that too.

You should have seen my item set before I crafted my first two pages away yesterday. Unorganized garbage completed clogged pages 1-2, then it's somewhat structured for the other pages.

@CRoss I still have yet to get the achievement for killing a sentry gun with a wrangled sentry... or helping a sentry gun shielded by a wrangler take >500 damage. :/
