Has anyone played a decent amount of Dungeon Crawl SS or ADOM who might opine on how either compares to NetHack?

Crawl's less focused on items and corner cases

It's more focused on player attributes (resistances mutations etc)

so while not all items can't be cursed, there's no blessing whatsoever

however, the deity/resistances/mutation system is quite more complete

I find it odd how populated our chat tends to be, compared to the others. ServerFault has a decent presence and...that's pretty much it.

I can see current challenges (a specific number of kills for a specific weapon) and their bonuses when I access the challenges screen but I'd like to find a comprehensive list. Does this list exist yet?
