It seems to be much easier to fall for a pump fake and thus resulting in a foul in 2k12 than 2k11. My big man center dude is constantly in the air and falling on top of people at the slightest movement when all I want to do is to either jump straight up or keep my arms up.

I'm trying to think of functional uses for texting in my own life that would be better than a simple voice call.

@LessPop_MoreFizz The only times I'm in that kind of environment, either I have access to better tools like email, or I'm in a place where I can't be interrupted or shouldn't be conversing with someone in the first place.

MMS allows for the sending of photographs as well, which is occasionally handy.

Also, sometimes you just want an asymmetric medium. I want to send off a message and not have the other person feel obligated to respond to, or converse with, or otherwise engage in small talk with me, while at the same time requiring the immediacy of reaching a device that they have in their pocket.

I'd probably be more appreciative of text messages if I had a better phone

So if I had the misfortune of fooling myself into running a server, I'm pretty sure I'd run headlong into it with the same philosophy that I handle my current computer's care, however failure prone it may be.

@GraceNote I have (personally) just 5 PCs + one appliance (also a small PC, but with the only work it does is making sure the others can access a common 3 TB hard drive through the network) + one server some 300km away (connected via VPN to that network) + sometimes a guest's laptop or two. So not much more.

Q: Apple Gaming Console

In the current market, what are the pros and cons of Apple releasing it's own gaming console? It's possible that the Apple TV already does this, but I'm unable to find controllers that support Apple AppStore games, or for that matter support of the AppStore games on Apple TV.
