wow; I just backed myself into quite a code-bowling command-line. Simplified, it's: crm_mon | xmllint | grep | sed | sort | uniq -c | sort -n | head -1 | awk '{print $2}'. Hurray, I can condense head -1 into the awk. Yeesh :)

(it prints the cluster node that has the most active resources)
