@Kusalananda It's easier to do that kind of thing than you might think, especially for a beginner. I've probably done it one or twice myself.

@Kusalananda people not familiar with the system might actually think that they want to "limit X to only Y", not knowing that they most likely don't want it.

Weird; I'm seeing a bunch of posts in the close-review queue that have been "flagged" as off-topic, problem went away (not a close vote) -- where there's absolutely no evidence anywhere that the problem has gone away.
