@DanielSank As much as you care for. I just made my first PCB this year (variable voltage reg) actually it is sitting right in front of me can't take picture as i have no webcame on this computer
@ChristopherPeart Ah ok, so you know stuff. The board takes a ~5GHz signal and poops out two ~200MHz signals which contain the amplitude/phase information of the original 5GHz signal.
@ChristopherPeart Yeah, it's pretty awesome. It has a digitally controlled variable gain amplifier on the MHz lines because it drives an ADC and you have to hit the right amplitude range.
The fun part: This is the first pcb I've ever designed o_O
@DanielSank The ratsnest scared me at first. I had the whole thing ready and then I noticed that i had the wrong chip in and i had to redo the entire layout
@ASCII-only The Latin alphabet can be used to write a lot of languages, as it is alphabetic. Hebrew or Arabic less, because it needs a consonant before a vowel, and the Chinese alphabet is specifically designed for Chinese, so it's harder to transcribe a language with it.
