Ok, I've got a generic python question: when reading a file, it's only reading half of the file

like, there are 100 lines, but when doing readlines() I'm only getting 50 of them

Just tested len(f.readlines()) myself, and it returned the proper number.

Aaand I tried putting that number as an argument into readlines(), and it didn't work.
