i want to update pb to make it a tiny bit better at golfing

nearly every command takes an argument in square brackets

^ goes up by 1 by default but ^[3] goes up three, for example

i'm going to make it so you can also use ( and ) for that, but ( decreases the result by 1 and ) increases it by 1

so you can do ^[Y) to go to Y=-1 where the input is, instead of ^[Y]^ like you do it now
