I'm pretty sure you two are talking about different things. Rainbolt is talking about the snippet in general, while Lembik seems to be asking how to define categories for his challenge.

@Lembik Yes. I just assumed most people would guess such an inane headline like that to emanate from the US. From what I've seen, foreign news is much better.
@Rainbolt Meh. I can say first-hand that the reporting in the US vs Japan was night and day concerning the earthquake/Fukushima incident (I was living about 100 miles away at the time).
@FryAmTheEggman I wonder why people make the observer effect so complicated. Wikipedia uses "If you measure temperature with a thermometer, the thermometer will disturb the temperature." All this cat nonsense needs to be replaced with simple stuff.
