Very basic question with a silly attempt at solving it.

math.stackexchange.com/q/4766252/42969 had been closed as a duplicate of math.stackexchange.com/q/1987022/42969 and later reopened. It still looks like a duplicate to me.

@MartinR ^^^ my dupe link has now been restored, but not before a high-rep user added a dupe answer (even though the dupe link was clearly visible in the "Linked" sidebar). Please be careful when reviewing reopen requests.
There is no policy against posting Q&As for Project Euler questions. However, I think it is in poor taste, as it is against the wishes of the administrators of Project Euler. D: In the prior mentioned dupe, this answer which duplicates the method in the dupe I linked 1 hour prior, continues to receive upvotes - now 3 (possibly because someone flagged it, attracting anti-dupe sympathizers) I think it should be deleted, along with the question, since we already have far too many answers showing these binomial theorem methods.
@BillDubuque Trying to help to cancel the most recent vote. We need one more close vote to delete. I tire of the games people play on this site!

Alas, that (high-rep) user appears to be very anti-dupe, e.g. posting similar rude anti-dupe closure comments here. so there is probably not much more that can be done (except by mods). Thankfully this is relatively rare - most users seem to make some effort to follow the EOQS guidelines once they become aware of them.
