Should we enforce, by edit when we see it, a normalized <kbd>-combo norm?

Of those I favor number five, four being second. Assuming it is clear one do not mean Alt + Shift + V (by the capital letter.) Is lower case better?

The first thing you want to do is to start Vim like this:
vim -u NONE -U NONE -N
The -u NONE prevents Vim from loading your vimrc, -U NONE prevents Vim from
loading your gvimrc, and -N tells Vim to use no-compatible mode (this
not required, but most Vim users are not used to "compatible" mode)...
In regards to the How to debug my vimrc – would a use of finish be in place? Find it easier / cleaner to use finish then comment out 50% +/- of the rc file.
