Is it only me or is :h <amtach> somewhat cumbersome to read?
Took me two reads to understand, so me too
It took me three :P (Mr. Superman.)

Vi and vimvi.stackexchange.com

Beta Q&A site for people using vi and vim

Currently in public beta.

Is there any visits-stats that show development pr day (week) etc.?
As of now it say 494, and IIRC that is a steady climb from 250 or so. But wondering if it is climbing. Days that are low etc.

Q: <KBD> combo normalization

SukminderShould we enforce, by edit when we see it, a normalized <kbd>-combo norm? Examples of how it is used are: Altv Alt+v Alt+v Alt + v Alt + V … Of those I favor number five, four being second. Assuming it is clear one do not mean Alt + Shift + V (by the capital letter.) Is lower case better? A...

A: How do I debug my vimrc file?

CarpetsmokerThe first thing you want to do is to start Vim like this: vim -u NONE -U NONE -N The -u NONE prevents Vim from loading your vimrc, -U NONE prevents Vim from loading your gvimrc, and -N tells Vim to use no-compatible mode (this not required, but most Vim users are not used to "compatible" mode)...

@Sukminder ?
@Sukminder Perhaps through data.stackexchange.com ...
It went from ~220 at the public beta start to ~500 now
Steady grow?
In regards to the How to debug my vimrc – would a use of finish be in place? Find it easier / cleaner to use finish then comment out 50% +/- of the rc file.
Wrote an edit, then my PC froze, then I left it.
@Sukminder I have no idea what that does
Ah, it's like exit()
Yeah, that could perhaps be useful, didn't know about that :-)
@Sukminder Seems like it, but it's too early to tell, really :-)
@Sukminder I don't have a :help amtach?
Did you mean :help <amatch>?
(that's what I assumed)

I don't see what is confusing about the help for <amatch> though?
@Carpetsmoker: Err. Yes! Did not see that. Too late to correct.
@JoshPetrie: Perhaps my poor English education kicking in.

I guess I can see how the use of "is" is a bit weird.
Also got a bit stuck on “isn't used to match with for FileType”
