well, gotta sleep now, good night @RolandTaylor

:O
(I mean the ending)
I didn't expect a tragic ending
@msPeachy good night msPeachy ^_^

@RolandTaylor you want me to tell you how it ended? or you want to see it yourself and watch the movie.
@RolandTaylor :) still here but too sleepy, good night again

7:15 PM
@msPeachy you can tell me
my system is laggy right now
doing installations
so I have to type slowly

I know how bad that is

xD tell me about it

Sometimes a process here blocks everything when 2 users are logged in
Havent traced it down yet
@RolandTaylor lol
It's like every 3rd keystroke just gets eaten up by a process monster
Mouse moves minutes later to wher I want it to.
Klicks work or don't.
Nothing special seen in top, mem usage less thatn 50%

just scrolled up and saw iceage... skrat the saber-squirrel for the win

weird.
@aking1012 yeah but that was about the only character worth noting
After the fourtyfivebillionst iceberg breakin apart I almost fell asleep.
Take home message was: fight the pirates and I love you Dad :/
Oh forgot one: look how good we have become in creating 3D animations

7:31 PM
@Takkat hahaha

My kids loved it anyway.

That's the most important part
That, and that they enjoyed it with their father.

We had enjoyed it more if I liked the movie. That happens quite often.

awesome
(that it happens often)

Not often enough anyway. But the daddies have to make money for all those kid's needs. sighs

7:51 PM
yeah such is life :S

Review-beta needs a deletion reason saying "Refer to @EliahKagan 's comment" ;p

@ObsessiveFOSS :-) You can uptick comments. More importantly, people should know it's OK to choose not to comment when recommending deletion, if the reason is already sufficiently clear.

neat. you get to keep points on deleted questions \o/

@aking1012 that never happened for me... :(

8:02 PM
i meant if you answered one that later got deleted

That's what I meant.
A question about chrome, now long gone.
Lost 60 rep.

?! no idea

Don't you dare serially-upvote me in pity. The system did what it did.
Also, a correction to "?! no idea": "‽ no idea".
Saves two bytes.

anyway... thinking about an up to date tutorial on getting eclipse, android sdk/ndk, sencha, and phonegap playing nicely. i avoid the unicode

8:16 PM
hmm, you're forbidden from including sencha in redistribution. i wonder how a script that downloads it and runs the install for you is affected by that licensing restriction...

8:33 PM
(Credit to Sathya for answering this on meta.)

neat. it was at +6 so :)
neat something i didn't know until yesterday: ctl+alt+shift+arrow drags the active window with you to a different workspace

Ah. My answer was around for only 2 weeks...

@aking1012 Hmm... Was it publicly visible on the site for less than 60 days? Alternatively, was it before that policy was put in place?

it was today, and it was visible for under 4 hours... i think the +6 got it in

@aking1012 Oh. Yeah, the reputation would not be kept then. (Because the post was new.)

8:40 PM
it was kept. that's what got the whole thing started...
i was at 1053 or so before the -50:

Q: Ubuntu eucalpytus cloud, Unable to see the volume from within a running instances after attaching

user1236302I am facing a rather strange issue when it comes to attaching EBS volumes to running instances. We have a cloud with 2 monster machines (say NC1 and NC2) and one moderately powerful machine (cloudManager). The CLC, CC, SC and walrus are sitting on the moderately powerful machine and NCs on each o...
