Like a dummy I deleted the Ubuntu partition on my hdd and restarted my computer. Now when it boots up I get

I don't have a asus repair disk nor a Ubuntu disk
I'm using my iPhone as I don't have anything else. Am I screwed or is there a fix?
If a user, who have dual booted system (with Windows) accidentally deletes Ubuntu partition and He now only interested to get Windows back, should we help him considering that, He fell into the trouble using Ubuntu?

@AnwarShah When I have installed Ubuntu from the alternate CD (unlike installing Debian, or installing Ubuntu from the Server CD), I have not be asked what packages I want to install. However, if you have an alternate CD (or mini CD), you should be able to install a command-line only system (press F4 after selecting your language and it's one of the options), then install whatever packages on top of that you need.
In particular, you could probably do: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y upgrade && sudo apt-get --no-install-recommends install ubuntu-desktop
You might prefer to use some GUI more lightweight than the default GNOME/Unity one. So you might want to install lubuntu-desktop or xubuntu-desktop.
I have a external hard drive, and I can't change the permissions of one of my folders on it.
If I try to change the permissions in folder properties, nothing happens. It's like it is conflicting with something. It says I'm the owner of the folder

In the referred question the OP accepts own answer downvoted multiple times making the original question misleading. Valid answer gets many upvotes yet not accepted.
