Can I ask questions about OS and not particularly related to Ubuntu here? I have a brief question so I didn't post it on SO, I want to know whether "Bootstrap Program" and "BIOS" are same things? @Fabby That's for 16.04 and it is also available as an HTTP download (see this virtual directory listing). The corresponding directory listing for 17.10 does not have any 32-bit desktop images (nor any torrents for them), nor are there any in the other place one might look.
