so say my regular dir is ~ /home/alex/ and I chose to cp that over to the other folder - will that just copy what's visible or also the hidden folders as well?
Well hats off to their maintenance. It didn't reset my session.
I envy their knowledge of the platform. Every deployment i push out ends up resetting sessions and clobbering user experience to anyone active on the sites while i implement new features.
@aking1012 the only thing i can figure is that the sessions are database stored, in which case it will persist through even application restarts. As the application makes a DB poll for every active session request.

That does cover pushing packages. I may need to read up on it some more. I think that may go back to my snap-ins note though...so a snap-in could be pushed as a package.
@jokerdino I did it right, and I get it now. I'm behind a proxy. A proxy that caches web pages.. and it probably means I've a very slim chance of earning Analytical badge.. :(
@Mahesh I just rebooted and got a 403. It seems they won't disconnect you, but if you've left it playing on loop for hours, they'll block your IP at least for a while
