For instance I want to be able to change the keyboard shortcuts for "Copy"
In OSX I can just assign a custom keyboard shortcuts and I type "Copy" there. Every application has a Copy item in Edit menu so it works for all applications.

Creating a theme for 11.10 and above (GTK+3) is fortunately very similar to 11.04 and previous versions of Ubuntu that used GTK+2. This answer is based on the already excellent answer from Rinzwind.
Its easier to amend an existing theme rather than to tackle a theme from scratc...

Cyborg R.A.T.3 mappings wanted! Colored button results in 10 11 and 12 for RAT3. Despite of the fact they are zeroed, mouse works weird.
