Honestly I didn't really want to leave my Moto G1. It was an amazing phone. Great build quality, decent sized. Did almost everything I wanted, definitely everything I needed. But 8GB of space is just too small now.

@NathanOsman If you plug the phone in, the Galaxy's can boot fastboot with volume down + home button (before the charging screen comes up). Then reboot normally from fastboot. Makes it still a little usable.

When Apple switched to Lightning, not only did they break compatibility with 30-pin accessories, but they sold the adapter separately for like $30 or something ridiculous. When Androids started using USB-C, almost all of them included an adapter in the box.
