@CodeX so , how do you want me to do this ? imwheel speeds up scroll, xinput slows it down. Do you want to only set faster speed or do you want only to slow down the speed ?
@Serg if you can make both .. faster imwheel one for web browser .. (I use chrome) ..slower xinput for terminal .. (I use guake) .. only if its easy do it .. or else whatever you find easy you can make it .. I will adjust as per my needs later

For 14.04 and newer:
Make a file in: /etc/apt/apt.conf.d:
sudoedit /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99progressbar
Then add these contents:
Dpkg::Progress-Fancy "1";
Save the file and you can now enjoy apt progress bars in all their glory:

Another reason to use NAA for link only answers, and not VLQ: If the person updates their answer between the flag and when it gets reviewed, we have to decline VLQ flags because they will cast an auto downvote if approved. We try to mark NAAs helpful, if we notice.
@ByteCommander The only flag type that does not ever enter the moderator flag queue are close flags. Those go exclusively to the close vote queue. All other flags go into our queue. Sometimes in addition to the very low quality review queue (depending on the flag type)
Following this longstanding request on Meta Stack Exchange you can now retract flags you have cast. Simply click the "flag" button again on the post you flagged and the "Flag Answer" (or "Flag Question") button becomes "Retract Flag". This does not work on comments.
