i'm trying to install brcmfmac driver from here, any ideas what this means:

I'm having a problem with screen tearing on YouTube. I have yet to notice it anywhere else. I have a GTX 650 with the Nvidia drivers.

Anybody know how to fix it?

I once had this peculiar issue, where the new wireless card would make any sort of video or music playback stutter. Plug back the old wireless card and it works flawlessly.

and it wasn't like video play back on the web. Even local videos would stutter

I had that issue in mint .. but not in Ubuntu
