hello. guys, i really want to use ubuntu

i did the bootable usb, and when the screen is loading, it never finishes

it just freezes

tried differents usb, different programs to boot the os

also tried xubuntu - same result

tried pressing esc, alt etc. but cant get any info

is there anything i could try?

@mrSuperEvening: What version of Ubuntu are you trying to install? And what is your hardware? I assume that you have configured your BIOS as such to allow this and that it does actually boot into the LiveUSB and then 'freeze' as you say?

Q: Why would an answer posted by a 5 year user end up in the Late Answer New User queue?

I just reviewed this answer. After suggesting minor improvements, my curiosity got the better of me and I checked the profile of the poster and discovered they have been a (granted mostly inactive) member for over 5 years! Is the queue misnamed? Should it be the Late Answer Low Rep queue?
