I have database with Id - autoincrement, and Text- varchar.
How do i find lowest Id where Text of record is duplicated later.

I am using SQL Express 2014.
I want to make a table with ItemID and ItemName.
Then in the second table when I select ItemName, ItemId field should be filled with correct ItemId for that ItemName or when I select ItemId, ItemName for that ItemId should appear.
