Elderflower jelly - done. Rhubarb-elderflower jam - done (that was an impromptu thing).
Still missing: vinegar. I didn’t get round to shopping.
Cordial (syrup) scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday. And I did an experimental batch of lemon balm syrup, also due for straining and bottling tomorrow.
