So there are some great questions in the list in meta, but I'm thinking that, even though it's been only a few months, we've faced some different challenges since graduation and the first elections.

Thus, I encourage folks to think of questions to ask moderator candidates that specifically deal with the issues unique to our site.

this isn't like some other sites where the privileges are mod == everything, user == flag and nothing else

if users are not taking advantage of the tools already provided to them, why should we provide them with more tools?

Anyone, given enough time, can be a good moderator. However, just because they're willing and able to devote their time and resources to helping others doesn't mean... wait, yes it pretty much does.

Would you be willing to unilaterally close more popular questions such as this one which very clearly are off-topic, according to the site FAQ and guidelines? Oftentimes these questions can cause problems if not closed quickly as they pick up answers which make editing the question impossible.
