Can someone with more rep roll back the change made by networker? workplace.stackexchange.com/posts/31896/revisions
Im all for editing, but this edit doesnt add anything to the question and adds a poor tag...
(and I dont have the rep to do it myself...)

why is the tag a poor tag?

I dont think that 'being professional' has much to do with the situation
but upon further thought, maybe it does...
hmm

I saw that it was edited by another user named Networker... some kind of multi-account shenanigans?

the description of the tag seems to make it fit perfectly to me

or user forgot their password

8:29 PM
original is unregistered, second (that did edit) is linked

@RhysW ... I guess... It has such a wide scope, I had always thought it would be used in a question where you were wondering about how to be professional, like how to dress or give a proper greeting, etc

professionalism is one of those touchy subjects, i was all for eradicating the tag as if you read the description it technically applies to every question asked on this site

@RhysW yeah...

but i already went through and eradicated one tag, if i do another they might try to award me some sort of genocide badge

@RhysW haha which tag did you get rid of?
ahh Etiquette

8:35 PM
believe it or not i blitzed ettiquette, turning all of them into professionalism
a tag i now also want removed :P

haha
I seem to have taken after you by attempting to fight the tag battle
and by asking another massive tag question like you did meta.workplace.stackexchange.com/questions/2783/…

nice, hey im linked to! :P
i might make a new one and blitz the professionalism tag
tis only 700 questions after all
if people agree that is

I just asked what to do with the software-industry tag this morning
at this rate people are going to come back to a very changed workplace (tag wise) :P
Oh man I was in the wrong room! Sorry guys, the whole switching places with the watercooler is confusing....

29 messages moved from Workplace 2014 Election Number 2
@IanHolstead aaaaand fixed

@RhysW you can do that? awesome! thanks!

8:44 PM

@RhysW Nice!

which reminds me, better go take care of some mod responsibilities

@RhysW later!

ill still be here, just less chatty

8:47 PM
@MattGiltaji good to see you running as well!

@IanHolstead thanks

@MattGiltaji lets just say that I am happy to see another people who is actually fit for moderation...

i didn't realize how much my votes and such are not the norm until i saw some of the other candidates had cast fewer votes in their entire tenure than I cast in a couple of days

I was thinking about nominating myself and explaining why I was unfit for moderating just to make a point, but I would rather not...
what really gets me is the lack of moderation people have done!

@IanHolstead i think shog9 put it best earlier, let me dig up teh quote
in Workplace 2014 Election Number 2, 2 hours ago, by Shog9
Anyone, given enough time, can be a good moderator. However, just because they're willing and able to devote their time and resources to helping others doesn't mean... wait, yes it pretty much does.

8:52 PM
@MattGiltaji yeah, I saw that, still having a little trouble with it though, was he saying that yes anyone can be a good mod?

anyone can be an ok mod, few have the desire and drive to be a good mod, fewer still care enough to be a great mod

@RhysW I see.
I just wonder how much time people will actually be willing to commit once they become a mod if they didn't commit any time before that.
not to mention I don't know how they will do without the experience..

@IanHolstead thats my understanding of what he was saying
if they don't use the tools the have, how will giving them more tools help that?

@MattGiltaji yeah, I dont know which of the two meaning he was going for
@MattGiltaji agreed.

hi @user2624632, I don't think I've seen you in chat before. How is everything going?

8:56 PM
@MattGiltaji good.
thx for asking

welcome!

Hi! Anything in particular you are wondering about?

ohhh... ya know... small questions like, who created God? ... 'n stuff. nothing big.

is answercup an SE clone?

9:00 PM
i more meant the answer, sometimes i just give up :P
'can science explain this!?!' '...um, yes'

seriously though, that answercup site looks like a really close knockoff of SE

they even copied all the badge names
how is this allowed?

@MattGiltaji I think you can raise it on meta stackexchange...

there are loads of clones all over the place

Q: Stack Exchange clones

Andrija CacanovicListed here are clones of the Stack Exchange sites model.

@IanHolstead overall consensus seems to be that the SE format/model are not as important to success as the community

@IanHolstead company tag gone

aka they don't seem to care

@RhysW sniff. I'm gonna miss it.
Naw just kidding, good riddance! thanks!

@IanHolstead we should give you a "tag killer" badge

business is following it,
if only it didnt limit my editing speed

9:14 PM
@RhysW yeah...
@RhysW I dont have the rep to insta edit so I only do a few at a time...

ahh, i have free reign over tags
evil laugh

two stars for bold
like so

9:16 PM
bold?
yup
nodding

@RhysW You have to finish now! I added the status completed tag to the answer with your name on it!

its almost done
stupid rate limiter

@RhysW I had that same issue when I was posting the answers for that question, I had written them all up ahead of time but it took me over 15 min to post...

i always find it weird when i go back to an old question and see a comment from myself
@IanHolstead all gone

@RhysW yay!

A: Another tag discussion!

Ian HolsteadBurninate reinterview I think this tag it too localized to be helpful in the future. There are only 2 questions using the tag and they both also use the interviewing tag The difference between reinterviewing and interviewing can easily be specified in the title I think it would be difficult to...

nothing is tagged reinterview
white-collar also gone now, deleted both

for your perusal, is this now good enough to re-open?

Q: How widespread is the usage of employee monitoring software?

Naga RThere has been recent talk at my company about software being used to monitor employee's activities on their work computers. I realize that asking about my specific company is off-topic, but do most companies use employee monitoring software? How would I be able to find out if my company uses t...

I think its still a bit broad, with questions ranging from 'how widespread' to 'what if they get caught'
at best it would turn into a list question of 'Company A does it!' 'So does B!'
not to mention the last question 'what would the consequences be' would differ based on what they were caught doing
though i will readily admit, i do like your answer

yeah, I was trying to follow what jmort suggested with matching the question to the upvoted answer...
another pass then

9:50 PM
lol, just saw our 404 page
i believe you have my stapler

There has been recent talk at my company about software being used to monitor employee's activities on their work computers.

How would I be able to find out if my company uses employee monitoring software?

If a user was to be caught by such software for something like [being on stack overflow too much](http://workplace.stackexchange.com/q/27555/), what sort of consequences would be expected?
still too broad?
i could change it to "why would companies use this software" and "how can I find out" but the former seems opinion-y
