@IvenBach That was pretty cool. No I never watched that as a kid. I was into Bob Ross, Mr Rogers, The Galloping Gourmet, and Julia Childs.

@brug I am very thankful for the PBS remix videos they did a few years ago so that I actually know about Bob Ross, Mr Rogers, and Julia Child.

@SimonForsberg When we grew up my older brother got into cooking before I did, mostly because he was older and started working before I did. The rest of my family was like "huh? I always expected [brug] to be the one to be a chef." Then I did too and like were like "yeah, okay."

Funny. My son is really into cooking shows too. His favorite is Laura Vitale. I really hope I am able to discourage him from going into cooking as a career.
